There are a number of driving schools in  Utsunomiya you can go to. Chu-oh Driving School is quite a nice one. It's in Imaizumi-cho on Route 4 near the York Benimaru/Cawachi.The nearest Station is JR Utsunomiya station which you can see on the map to the left.

It's in the centre of this map at the traffic light. pretty hard to miss since there's a driving range on top of it.

Yes... a GOLF driving range. Isn't that ironic.

Anyway, you can see the netting a mile away.
